Networking fails intermittently on 2 of 3 systems I have installed 12.1 on. 
When it fails, ifconfig shows only the lo interface.  Ifup appears to bring up
the interface, but it does not work.  Both systems that fail were configured to
use ifup.  The one system that doesn't fail uses network manager plasmoid.  One
failing system is 64 bit, the other 32.

1.Reboot computer
2.Only lo interface avaible

As above

Expected Results:  
Networking should work reliably.
