I don't know whether we want such a group. I'm just stating the facts as I know
them in this report. Historically defining a meaning of the wheel group is left
to the admin in SUSE. If anyone wants to give the wheel group (or preferably a
group with a different name) a special meaning please feel free to come up with
a proposal. A change like that needs to fit into a bigger picture IMO.
For example I'd be happy if we had some way to tell e.g. whether a user
potentially knows the root password or whether the user doesn't. In the latter
case some config options could just be disabled instead of annoying users with
authentication popups in the first place. I guess that's not the way the wheel
group is interpreted on Fedora though.
