It´s counterproductive to stay on the point that user has in all cases provide the debugging(log) part of a problem. In cases where a critical part of the system is affected - and installation is one - which also correlate with one of the most difficult debugging recipes - to get the logs out of a vm is difficult - this is not a working thing.
