Hello,
I am not sure if this is the same bug, but here is my problem. I installed SUSE
12.1 with KDE4 a couple of days ago (after using GNOME for a long time). Since
then, every time I reboot the system the clock is off by a few hours. This
morning the offset was 7 hours (minutes are OK). The clock was set to "manual",
not "automatic update". I should add that on the gnome desktop there was never
such a problem.
Thanks,
Amnon
