Service will show 'running' but is not actually working, additional error
messages attached

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install iscsitarget 1.4.20-9.1.2 from openSUSE:12.1/standard and start
service
2. does not work
3. installed newer version 1.4.20-20.1 from hardware/openSUSE_12.1
4. does not work
