Grigory, during the waiting of bug triage to I suppose the kernel maintainers.
Could you try to boot in failsafe mode ? so maxcpu=1 will be active it look
like oops in smp code ...

Then did you try to boot a new 12.1 livecd with a normal provided kernel.
normally kernel-desktop-3.1.0-1.2.1.x86_64 

If it works, then, you have mainly a fault somewhere in your susestudio image.
Perhaps a new build could resolve that.
