The updated docbook-xsl-stylesheets have some issues.  E.g., in html output
keys such as "Alt" are just and empty frame (the same in PDF).

In PDF output, the TOC is cut after the first resp. second page.  Some(?)
entities are not resolved.  See the Reference Guide (subpackage of
opensuse-manuals_en) in the "Documentation" project in the OBS.

To resolve the bug, we have several options (according to Tom):

- Downgrade via online update to the previous version (1.75.2).

- Upgrade to a development version (SVN snapshot) and release this as an online
update.

- Try to patch the version coming with 12.1 (probably challenging).  What do
you prefer, coolo?
