When I click on an rpm package from within dolphin apper gets launched and
works as expected but a few seconds later an error message pops up saying:

         'Sorry - Dolphin'
'KDEinit could not launch apper'

This error message does not have any further implications. I can just click
'OK' and apper keeps on working.

This is RC2. Happens on 32-bit and 64-bit alike.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Dolphin
2. Click on an rpm package
3.
Actual Results:  
Error message as described pops up

Expected Results:  
Since everything is working as it should, I would not expect any error message
at all
