unpackage the t1-cyrillic font set from Debian distributions into a directory. 
Start the KDE font installer and select all of the font files in the font
directory to install a system fonts.  You will be prompted for each and every
font file.

prompted for password with each and every font file.

Expected Results:  
should only be prompted once and all fonts should be installed.
