https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=728534 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=728534#c0 Summary: After KDE is started a popup dialog asks for password of user's encrypted home Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 12.1 Version: Factory Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Workspace AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: dutchkind@txoriaskea.org QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0 When I log in into the users encrypted home in KDE I get a dialog asking for the users password. When I click on cancel nothing happens, when I give the password I notice some virtual filesystem (gvfs) gets mounted according to mtab. When I later log in again I get the same dialog, but now with a tab extra, both asking the same thing, tabs are added each login. So, why do I need a gnome vfs in KDE? If I need it, why do I need to give a password every login? How to disable this?
