download and burn a fresh KDE 64-bit "live" cd.  Boot.  Select "installation"
from the menu.  You will be greeted with a username terminal login prompt.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download fresh 64-bit KDE "live" cd and burn
2. Boot to menu
3. Choose "installation"

Actual Results:  
Greeted with terminal prompt for user login

Expected Results:  
Installation program should start
