Ok the problem is "cdrom" module is not loaded when sysctl.service is started,
thats why setting autoclose fails. There are some possible solutions to fix
this,
1. Load sysctl.service late in the cycle to make sure cdrom module is loaded.
2. Make cdrom a built-in not a module.
3. Autoload cdrom module and make systctl.service is started after
systemd-modules-autoload.service
What do you guys think? This is blocking bug #659153 which is rather ugly.
