I can't tell for sure but it looks like the problem is still there. If this is
the right kernel

then it is still showing up as psmouse and still is not showing up as a
touchpad in GNOME 3 mouse and touchpad setting.
I've attached dmesg. Is there something I need to do to force a module to load?
