Proposing two swap partitions is indeed strange, I did not see
that (or a report about that) recently. 

Normally proposal tries to reuse an existing swap partition.
Are you sure the original swap partition (the one existing 
before proposal) really has a valid swap signature and a
partition id of 0x82? 

If this is the case please attach content of /var/log/YaST again.
