one thing you can also try :

- commenting the tmpfs line in your fstab (just to be sure)

-when running under systemd:
cp /run/systemd/generator/cryptsetup*.service /etc/systemd/system

then, for cryptsetup\@*.service files (not sure how they are named on your
system) in /etc/systemd/system, add 
After=lvm.service

in the section [Unit]

and reboot (under systemd)
