exception caused in WebUI

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/7.0.1

The WebUI controller /project/rebuild_time produces an exception when WebUI
uses an MySQL db. When WebUI is configured to use a SQLite DB, it works.
