After starting the hp-toolbox from the command line I tried to configure my B110a via WLAN (manual detection with fix IP-address). The device was found but the configuration wizard told me, that it was not able to find the appropriate PPD-file. I manually selected /usr/share/cups/model/manufacturer-PPDs/hplip/hp-photosmart_b110_series-hpijs.ppd.gz. Then I tried to orint the test page. The job got added to the print queue, but the printer did not print anything within 10 minutes. I tested scanning - it worked. I set the cups loglevel to debug, but did not recognize any error messages. After that I downloaded the hplip installation files from sourceforge, compiled and installed it and let it configure the printer. Then I printed the test page and the printer and this time the printer printed immediately. The hplip-version is 3.11.10 - from OS12.1RC1 and HP. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. after RC1-installation start hp-toolbox and detect and configure (manually) the B110a 2. try to print the test page 3. Actual Results: does not print the pending printjob Expected Results: should print immediately -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
