While testing SANboot on different Fibre Channel HBAs, it was noted that after
issuing a reboot command, the shutdown sequence would hang after failing to
remove the multipath devices. This behavior did not occur on previous betas.
Host;
OS: SLES 11 SP 2 beta 7
Failover: DMMP
HBA: QLogic 2562 and Emulex LPe12002
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the OS on a multipath SAN device
2. Try to reboot
Actual Results:
Shutdown sequence hangs before sending TERM signal to all processes, and after
the multipath devices failed to be removed.
Expected Results:
The host should reboot on its own after the command is issued.
