Hi Vincent,
I'm still on vacation for another week and thus am not able to debug this now.
The "connection refused" errors could come from the fact that setup /
configuration of the devices does not correctly work, e.g. that the phone is
not set up to receive obex-push stuff or not paired, or does reject the push
for some reason.
If you install the bluez-test package, there are small python script that
should be able to test most trivial functions of the bluetooth stack. I see no
obex-test in there unfortunately :-(
I'm adding Vlado to CC as he also has profound bluetooth knowledge and might
have an idea on what is going on here.
