I installed opensuse 12.1 Beta, and after the initial restart, the kernel
locked up printing the message:
BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 22s! (modprobe:645)
It repeated the message several more times as I waited, but never 
completed to boot.

Last message before BUG:
udevd[370]: error opening
ATTR{/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1d.1/usb3/3-1/3-1:1.0/power/level} for
writing

I powered off and powered on, and the system booted normally.
