In Kmail1, if i run that spam wizard itlet me choose spam folder from imap
server. In Kmail2, spam wizard allow me choose only from local folders.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open kmail2 with imap account
2. run that spam wizard from tools
3 when it asks where to store spam messages, it wont show imap folders, only
local ones
