[Bug 695688] the windows asking for root passwd (privileges are requested...) open in background

I beg it's difficult to trace :-). If only I could have an idea of what can cause this bug? It happen for me at least once a week and during the OSC I could speak with other people with the same problem. We probably can wait now since 12.1 is out, but then could somebody try to fix it?
