dmesg booting with only intel_idle.max_cstate=1.log

With kernel 3.1.0-rc6-2-desktop 

boot with only: intel_idle.max_cstate=0
  OR
boot with only: intel_idle.max_cstate=1
result: success always, see attached dmesg

boot with only: intel_idle.max_cstate=2
result: panic

boot with only: intel_idle.max_cstate=3
result: panic
