I only have syslog.service:

sepie:~ # systemctl  | grep syslog
syslog.service            loaded active running       System Logging Service
syslog.socket             loaded active running       Syslog Socket
syslog.target             loaded active active        Syslog

And earlysyslog seems not enabled:

sepie:~ # ls -l /etc/init.d/*.d/*earlysyslog*
ls: cannot access /etc/init.d/*.d/*earlysyslog*: No such file or directory
