- Dell Vostro 1310 laptop using Intel Integrated Graphics Chipset 965GM.
- Laptop's LCD display is DISABLED
- External monitor (VGA output) is ENABLED
How to trigger the BUG:
- Using GNOME's "Displays" settings, enable the laptop (LCD) display
