I did a new installation and managed to have a network connection shortly after
the first boot of the installed system. So now the test of the network
connection in that phase did succeed. However now also only yast2-trans-nl was
the only Dutch translation file in the system.
After logging in into KDE I started YaST->Software Management and activated nl
in View->Languages. Only a few packages were included to be installed, not even
the kde4 language packages. So I included them by hand.
This is not what I expect to happen.
