I forgot :(,
the different are
Newer System
ICH10 Raid1 Name of the Volume "Volume0"
Older System
ICH7 Raid5 Name of the Volume "volume0"
The Error is from the newer System
I found also a Kernel Parameter "dodmraid" and tested it but it is not working.
