writing usually in english, I often forget to choose the french language from
the boot menu.

I used to type loadkeys fr after the rescue root prompt, it seems not to work
on the 11.4 dvd

should be included again (the keyboard maps are there as it works if choosen
from the beginning)!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch rescue from 11.4 dvd
2. type loadkeys fr, 
3. nonexisten command
Actual Results:  
I have to remember a keyboard not written in my keys :-)
