Please add the ro_us keyboard layout as one of the layouts available during
configuration, under the name "Romanian". This is the default layout available
in the XKeyboarConfig for Romanian [1]. This proposal has the support of the
romanian users' community. [2]

Additionaly, we would like to also see the ro_ro layout as an option.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install openSUSE until the keyboard layout step.
2. Try to select the Romanian keyboard
3.
Actual Results:  
No Romanian keyboard layout is available.

Expected Results:  
The ro_us or ro_ro keyboard layouts should be available.
