A:Mainly: No.

It was like that(some days/weeks ago, so the memory is working hard) I tried to
get apache up since two month or so for getting access to mysql via phpmyadmin.
In yast2->runlevel I tried to switch apache in running state and get a question
popup which ask somethings like "you want to chanche...(maybe it was the
init.de of apache)".
I thought that it could be necessary because of some updates and give my o.k.,
but apache was not able to come up.

I saw this the first time and not very long. 

The above is not very helpful, but was I tried to point out is that I do no
manually changes and nothing that was not guided by the system.
