(OK, I have reproduced it by myself...)
The problem is that OpenOffice.org:/STABLE repository does not exist for 12.1,
it's available only for 11.3, 11.4 and SLE (see
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/OpenOffice.org:/STABLE).
The same problem exists for many other (maybe all?) Community repositories,
some of them are available only for 11.4, some of them are also for Factory,
but none for 12.1 (valid for the few random repos I have checked).
It seems that the Community repository list points to (yet) non-existing
repositories. Of course, this will be fixed by the time 12.1 is shipped, but
what now?
Coolo, how should we handle this problem?
