I think, the actual complete panic message would be intesting as it would give
a hint to what part of the kernel is faulty.
Using a serial console is usually the easiest way, but your mainboard appears
to only have a pin-header for serial, so it is a bit harder.
netconsole might also work.
Then: did you try the various failsave modes that you can select with F4 in the
bootloader? If any of those help, you could search for the minimal options
needed to make it booting.
