Just uninstall it and you should be fine. But note, I can not reproduce this problem at all, with systemd installed on my Tumbleweed test systems, or my main development machines, so I do not understand what is causing the problem to happen. As for "dangerous", using Tumbleweed can cause minor problems like this at times, that's par for the course here.
