If /usr is not mounted then startproc will fail with returnexit value 5
that all. This because startproc is not designed for mounting /usr
Or if /usr/sbin/rpc.mountd can not be started then startproc will exit/return
with value 7. AFAICS from the trace log there is a statm as well an exec
link below /proc/26971/ ... after this the information of /proc/self/mountinfo
is checked. And exactly this seems to fail ... maybe there is a /usr/sbin
mount point or similar.
You may give sysvinit-tools for factory a try as there was a change
in find_mount() of libinit.c of killproc-2.19.
