This is because on halt cannot be umount properly this mountpoints on halt. I dont have data loss or any problem until now, but it's not normal. I have 3-disks md-based raid5 and LVM on both mountpoints. It's very flustrating to see on every boot the fsck. On root i have ext4, on home ext3 filesystem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Do a normal reboot or shutdown. 2.
