[Bug 697055] eIDconfig-belgium-1.1.3-35.1.x86_64.rpm : 1-click install fails because "nothing provides eID-belgium-patchcollection-1"

According to bug 593561 the page http://eid.belgium.be/fr/ states that the version 2.6 of the eid middleware is not supported as from 01/01/2010. If it is true, then it makes no sense to fix these packages. There is a pending request to upgrade to the new project eid-mw: bug 593561. I already created packages, but without having a Belgian eID, I have only a minimal chance to fix errors that are happening there.
