If I understand correctly, you have Fedora 12 which runs the 2.6.31 kernel and
virtualbox installed on top of that.  Then you install os11.4 with the updates
from the virtualization repo in the virtualbox environment.  Have you
reproduced this outside of the virtualbox environment with a native install of
11.4 on bare hardware and with these latest versions of the kernel and Xen?
