UTC ---
There's actually a logic in the difference: that UTC string in summary is
formated string output - it is also marked for translation, so in other
languages it can be e.g. replaced by longer/different string. And the 'utc' in
set command is purely a variable.
But yes, it makese sense to accept UTC as input as well. However, I will submit
the change only to Factory, it is not severe enough for a SLES fix.
