The program K3B misses the handbook shows <Documentation not Found>
Wherever you click help to view help, Help is missing.
Tried reinstalling K3B packages..

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open K3B
2. Click Help
3.Help shows  Documentation not Found
Actual Results:  
Documentation not Found

Expected Results:  
Shows the help Documentation of K3B

Might be missed with compilation of the package?

I don't know how to rate this... it should be fixed in my opinion and it looks
just ugly for such a nice program.. the program further works flawless...

Just isn't nice for such a polished Operating system..

I set it as normal for the moment...
