There is systemd version 20 in Base:System for 11.4, which should not have the
bug you are seeing, but it has many others which are fixed in the current
version 26.
Oh, so far nobody tried to make it the default in openSUSE. I just make sure
that it works as good as it can, to be ready for this step.
It's still a huge huge amount of work, and issues to resolve. It's very
experimental still, and many things are not resolved at all, or just don't work
as expected, especially things I personally don't use. :)
We'll get there, but it will take its time, and we can only really support/fix
the latest version.
Thanks for testing and letting us know, and sorry for the inconvenience, we are
just not there at the moment to make everything working.
