I was able to use this setup with openSUSE 11.3.However with openSUSE 11.4 I am unable to use the LDAP server ("LOGIN FAILED"). When using the LDAP Browser from YAST, I am able to connect to the LDAP server. I even tried to use the same ldap.conf and openldap/ldap.conf files from my 11.3 computer. This did not help.
