I recently created the new user "scalaris" and in the web_ui OBS showed a list
of 352 submit requests in the "my requests" list

the user was not involved in any project at this time

after a while (possibly related to creating a home project), the request list
is empty again

maybe caching?

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
create a new user, access the user's list of requests
Actual Results:  
list with a lot of requests

Expected Results:  
empty list
