I believe the format actually depends on libdatrie. Hrm. I guess we can do
something similar to debian (ie: libthai-data, see
http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=libthai&searchon=names&suite=unstable&section=all)
or contact upstream to get this fixed somehow.
