The dmesg output from a boot from 11.4

It appears that I can not attach or mount the USB3 external drive on the SuSE
for 11.4 OS.

I have halted/shutdown my system.  Booted with the external drive connected
(PWR & USB) 

Booted with the external drive not not connected (USB and PWR).  Then plug in
the drive(PWR & USB) and logging in,  The drive will not mount!
