[Bug 682766] After the software installation, during the reboot for configuration the boot fails. A partition fails, sending the system into rescue mode.

Since there is a work around, though not preferable, is available. I am down
grading the the bug to a P1, Urgent, Major, non-show stopper.
Further work is needed to align the Intel Matrix software for raids, or proof
that supplied raid software would be more efficient.
A Note to Rob:
Fixing the boot location is very easy. Just use the boot argument selection
from the final installation menu and set the parameters that you need.
