[Bug 684619] kde screensaver: after screensaver starts, it requires password to unlock *despite* that pref turned off

This is a frequently reported problem. It turns out that in order to disable the password part, one must perform the above steps, *and* go into power management and change 'lock screen on suspend' *and* change the *power profile* settings and disable all screen-related bits.
