Test patch for b44 problem

This problem is a regression since openSUSE 11.3 (kernel 2.6.34). The changes
are of three types: (1) a change from using the ssb-specific DMA routine to
those of the kernel. (2) somme network API changes, and (3) a change in the
interrupt setup routine. This patch reverts item 3.
