Currently the libldapcpp Version we have in SLE-11 doesn't provide the
TlsOptions class. So LDAP Agent in SLE-11 doesn't have the affected code yet.

But in order to implement the various FATE requests around sssd and SLE11-SP2
we will need it there as well, yes. (Likely by updating libldapcpp to the
current factory release, at least if it won't break the ABI)
