Kiwi 3.74 with console=tty0 console=ttyS0,115200 on kernel commandline wrote
the linuxrc output on both consoles.

Kiwi 4.80 with the same kernel commandline writes it only to tty0. With
REDIRECT=/dev/ttyS0 it started to use serial console, but I was not able to
make it use both at once.
