Oh my, the problem description is far from perfect. The installed perl
conflicts with perl-macros (as it contains an "Obsoletes: perl-macros").
When choosing a problem rule to display to the user, the solver prefers a
"Requires" rule, as they tend to give to user more information about the
problem. Not in your case, unfortunately. We really should add a "display full
problem info" option to the dialog.
